Translink has demonstrated its commitment to high standards of customer care following their award at the recent NIVCA Link Awards in Belfast.
Translink won first place in the Small Charity Category after being nominated by Shopmobility Belfast. The award comes hard on the heels of a new Shopmobility scheme opening at Coleraine Bus & Rail Centre – so emphasising the widespread popularity of Shopmobility services.

“The Shopmobility facility has proven to be a big hit with the public and has greatly improved access and convenience for people with limited mobility.
“We’re in the second year of our partnership with Shopmobility so it’s pleasing to see our scheme has established itself so successfully. We would also view this award as recognition of the tremendous work carried out by Shopmobility in this area.”

Working in partnership, Translink and Shopmobility offer wheelchairs, motorised scooters and electric wheelchairs for free daily hire from the Europa Buscentre and Great Victoria Street Rail Centre in Belfast.
